Dairy Product Test - Data Entry

Fill in the sample details below - add more than one product if the same customer dropped off several. On Save, each product is appended as its own entry in Lab_Test_Data.xlsx. Once test results are ready, use Report Generation (or find the entry in History and Edit it) to fill in results and generate the report.
One Job ID covers this whole visit - add every product the customer brought below; each one gets its own Sample ID and, later, its own report.
